

Apply for the Fest

Thank you to all those who applied for the 2023 Fest! The application period for both food trucks and market place vendors is now closed.
ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Deadline: The deadline for all applications (food trucks and marketplace vendors) was Friday, May 12, 2023. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Acceptance Timeframe: We will let you know if you've been accepted to the Fest by May 31, 2022. You cannot be accepted to the Fest without submitting your application fee (see below).

Vendor Instructions: Hang tight. Vendor instructions (including where to park, how to load in, times for the day, etc.) will be provided once your application is approved.

Food Truck v. Marketplace: Not sure which application to submit? Regardless of if you have a physical truck, if you're selling food for human consumption, then you're viewed as a food truck for the purposes of this event. Note that marketplace vendors may not sell or giveaway food or drink of any kind.

Application Fees: Your application fee must be received before your application will be approved. In the unfortunate event that we're not able to have you as a vendor this year, your fee will be refunded.

Fee Amounts: Application fees are $400 for food trucks. For the marketplace, fees are $50 for small businesses/independent vendors, or $250 for chain retailers.

Making Your Payment: We're not yet able to accept payment online. So in the meantime, checks are the preferred form of payment. Please make checks payable to the City of Whitehall. Mail or deliver checks to City of Whitehall, c/o Megan Meyer, 360 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213.

Certificates of Insurance: All food trucks are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing a minimum general liability insurance coverage amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Marketplace vendors are not required to submit a COI.

Additional Insured:Your COI must list the City of Whitehall at 360 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213 as an additionally insured.

Submitting Your COI: You can either submit your COI online with your application, or you can mail/deliver your COI to the City of Whitehall, c/o Megan Meyer, 360 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213.​
